Scholarship, Grants, & Opportunities 

This scholarship is awarded annually to female international or DACA students enrolled or accepted into full-time STEM programs at MPOWER-eligible institutions in the U.S. or Canada.

To be eligible for the Scholarship for Environmental Studies, applicants must reside in Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry, or Lee County and be pursuing a degree related to environmental studies, such as science, education, engineering, conservation, or law.

Eligible applicants must be U.S. residents pursuing a degree in engineering fields like Software, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics through a U.S. ABET-accredited program. Incoming freshmen need a minimum GPA of 3.75, while upperclassmen and graduate students must have at least a 3.5 GPA. Applicants must submit two recommendation letters, show STEM coursework relevant to the automotive industry, and demonstrate leadership in promoting women’s involvement in engineering and STEM.

Undergraduate students pursuing STEM degrees; U.S. citizens

To be eligible for the GeneTex Scholarship, students must be enrolled in or accepted to an accredited university and have declared a STEM major as defined by the National Science Foundation. Applicants from any country are welcome, and previous recipients may reapply. A transcript or acceptance letter is required, and applications are judged based on alignment with GeneTex’s mission, with no restrictions on how scholarship funds are used.

The Elevate Women in Technology Scholarship is open to women at any educational level and in any field of study who plan to pursue a career (technical or non-technical) that uses technology to create positive change. Applicants with experience in STEM or entrepreneurship may receive additional consideration. The scholarship aims to support and empower future female leaders in the tech industry.

To be eligible for SEG Scholarships, recipients must demonstrate leadership and active involvement in advancing geophysical science globally. For renewal, they must engage in at least one qualifying activity, such as being a paid SEG student member, participating in SEG events, attending educational forums, or contributing through publications and outreach organized by SEG student chapters.

This competition is open to U.S. citizens and permanent residents who are high school, undergraduate, or graduate students. Applicants begin by submitting a 140-character essay on e-waste and solutions to reduce it, with finalists chosen based on its content. Finalists then submit a longer essay, and the winner is selected for creativity and depth.

The ExtremeTerrain Scholarship is open to high school seniors and undergraduate students pursuing degrees in environmental or sustainability-related fields. Applicants must submit proof of enrollment and may enter one essay per semester. Though the scholarship is non-renewable, past winners who remain eligible can reapply with a new essay.
Age:12th grade and undergraduate student

The Ventana Ocean Conservation Scholarship is open to California-based students who have completed at least one year of college in a major related to ocean conservation, such as marine biology or environmental science. Eligible applicants include high school seniors, undergraduates, and graduate students. They must submit an essay demonstrating their commitment to ocean protection and how their degree will support that goal.
