Full-time students in technology-related courses

You are a citizen or a permanent resident of the United States. At the date of the award, you must be enrolled (or accepted with plans to attend) in a college or university in the United States.

Applications are now open for the 2025 Women in STEM Scholarships offered by Progress in Bulgaria, India, and the United States. The three programs include the Women in STEM Scholarship in Bulgaria, the Akanksha Scholarship in India, and the Mary Székely Scholarship in the U.S., all aimed at empowering women pursuing careers in science and technology.

The Women at Microsoft Scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors who identify as women, non-binary, gender fluid, or transgender women. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and plan to enroll full-time in a tech-related undergraduate program at a U.S. college or vocational school. International students may apply if attending school in the U.S.

High school seniors with a GPA of 3.3 or higher intending to study computer science

Eligibility for this grant requires applicants to submit original, English-language proposals focused on transcriptomics. Research must align with the grant’s goals, cite Zymo Research products, and share results with the Zymo community. Scientists at any career stage conducting RNA research are welcome to apply.

The Freehold Soil Conservation District offers two annual scholarships to college students committed to natural resource conservation. Eligible applicants must be New Jersey residents from Middlesex or Monmouth County entering their sophomore through senior year of college in the fall. They must be pursuing a degree in fields such as agriculture, environmental science, geology, or other related disciplines.

To be eligible, applicants must be current AISES members (free for students), enrolled full-time in a STEM field at an accredited college or university.

The AEHA scholarship is awarded annually to a junior or senior undergraduate student who is a resident of Alabama. Eligible applicants must either be studying environmental health, have completed at least 20 semester hours in science-related coursework, or have a parent who is a current AEHA member. Required materials include proof of residency, an unofficial transcript, and a short essay on environmental health.

Scholarships are available to high school seniors, and undergraduate students who live in the Utom River Watershed. Tribal members, including those from unrecognized tribes, receive special consideration.
