This scholarship supports underrepresented BIPOC high school and undergraduate students in Oregon, Idaho, or Washington pursuing degrees in environmental or civil engineering, geology, or environmental science. First-generation students, single parents, and those who have faced adversity are especially encouraged to apply by sharing their motivation and intended impact in the field.
