Fellows attend a series of retreats focused on leadership competencies like coalition building and systems thinking. Upon completion, they become Senior Fellows, gaining access to additional trainings, networking events, and mentoring. Scholarships are available, with priority given to Black, Indigenous, and other people of color through the Community Scholarship Fund.

L’Oréal USA for Women in Science Fellowship

The L'Oréal USA For Women in Science program is open to U.S. citizens or permanent residents who hold a Ph.D., D.P.H., or Sc.D. and are in full-time postdoctoral positions at U.S.-based institutions by January 31, 2025. Applicants must not hold faculty positions and must be available for the Awards Week in November. Eligible disciplines include life sciences, physical sciences, engineering, technology, computer science, and mathematics, and awardees must commit to at least 20 hours of outreach supporting women and girls in science.
