The Disney Conservation Fund is open to nonprofit organizations with U.S. 501(c)(3) status or international groups applying through a qualified U.S. intermediary. Applications must be submitted in English and demonstrate measurable conservation impact over a two-year grant period.

WWCH 2025 is open to individuals or organizations worldwide who wish to submit creative, practical solutions to water-related challenges. Previous participants, including past winners, may enter again with new or updated ideas, but repeat submissions of the same content will not be accepted.

Eligibility for the 3M Young Scientist Challenge is limited to individual students in grades 5–8; group or pair submissions are not allowed. The competition encourages young innovators from all backgrounds to submit a single, original idea that demonstrates creativity and problem-solving through science.
Age: 5-8th grade

To be eligible for the Conrad Challenge, teams must consist of 2 to 5 students, with one adult coach (18+) affiliated with a school or recognized organization. Teams must submit original work, follow all rules and regulations, and ensure submissions are entirely student-created and in English. International participation is welcome, and returning students may compete again with significantly updated innovations and full disclosure of prior entries.

Eligibility for the Global Sustainability Awards 2025 is open to individuals, organizations, and businesses worldwide that demonstrate leadership and innovation in sustainable practices.

Eligibility for the American Solar Challenge (ASC) is primarily open to collegiate teams who design, build, and race solar-powered vehicles across a multi-stage route.
Age: undergraduate and graduate students

Eligibility for the North Carolina Youth Climate Summit is open to high school students who are passionate about climate action and sustainability. Participants must join as part of a team of 4–6 students, accompanied by an adult mentor such as a teacher, parent, or community leader.
Age:13-18

Eligibility for the NCF-Envirothon Annual Competition is open to high school students including those from non-traditional schools and youth organizations. Each U.S. state and Canadian province may send one certified team, while Partner Nation Members may send up to three, with each team consisting of five students from the same institution and sponsored by an official Envirothon representative.
Age:14-19

Project Green Challenge is open to all, but only students who are enrolled in high school, college, university, or graduate school are eligible for prizes and finalist selection. Finalists must be available to travel to San Francisco in November, and individuals affiliated with Turning Green—including staff, interns, past finalists or winners, and their immediate family members—are not eligible to participate or win. Minors must have parental or guardian permission to enter.

Eligibility for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Student Competition, such as the SDG Olympiad 2025, is open to university students worldwide who are passionate about solving global sustainability challenges.
